RING ROLLING |

One of India Forge's major strengths is ring rolling. Over the years we have
specialised in low & high volume manufacture of rings. Our present
capacity is upto 700 mm Dia, which will shortly be enhanced to 1200 mm dia.

Rings are rolled after making donuts on presses or Hammers in cylindrical or
shaped form in a variety of metals like SAE 52100. 4140 etc. Machined and
heat treated rings is our specialty.

India Forge pioneered Hot Extrusion technology in india by installing a
630T Lasco High Speed impact extrusion press and today it was established
a variety of items saving considerable weight and costly machining time by
