with high speed forging presses ranging from 250 to 1500 tons. Here we
make Automotive parts including Con Rod, Bevel Gear, Bearing Race etc. ,
which are subsequently Heat Treated, Hot and Cold coined & shot
peened. |

Most of the Heavy Die forgings are manufactured on our 2 Ton and 32000.
Mkg Counter Blow Hammer. This range of production satisfies the need of
forgings for large vehicles, earth moving equipment, oil field equipment
where volumes vary from 50 Nos. to 5000 Nos. in a weight range of 10 to
300 Kg. We have special die manufacturing equipment to handle forged
components upto 1 Meter diameter. |

| In the last few years has been a definite increase
in the demand for forged Rings for the Bearing Industry. India
Forge has fortified itself with the capability to cater to the
entire range of Bearing Manufacture. It has employed modern
techniques for bulk manufacture including Pressing, Ring Rolling
and Horizontal forging. |

has built up machining capability and is machining popular sizes
which can be bought off the shelf only subject to heat treatment
and grinding by our esteemed customers. |

MACHINED COMPONENTS |
| India Forge has developed a variety of machined
components in the automotive sector such as Transmission gears,
Shafts Crown wheels, Pinion etc., which we offer in the turned
condition subject only to gear cutting which is undertaken by our
customer. Similarly we have developed excellent facilities for
machining Bearing races to the pre-heat treatment stage which we
can offer in bulk quantities. |
